Várkapitányság Nonprofit Zrt. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its websites in accordance with Act LXXV of 2018 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.
This accessibility statement applies to the website szentistvanterem.hu, operated by Várkapitányság Nonprofit Zrt.
Compliance status
This website is currently compliant with the requirements of the Hungarian web accessibility legislation and meets the Level AA conformance requirements of version 2.1 of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as referenced in the standard MSZ EN 301 549, Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services.
The ticket sales sections of our website contain “embedded” pages owned by InterTicket Ltd. As such, these pages fall within the scope of the relevant provisions of Act LXXV of 2018:
Section 1(3) The provisions of this Act shall not apply to the following content published by public sector bodies through their websites or mobile applications: (g) content owned by third parties that is neither funded nor developed by the public sector body concerned and is not under its control.

Feedback procedure
Any person may notify a public sector body that its website or mobile application does not fully comply with accessibility requirements, or may request information excluded under Section 1(3) or Section 1(4) of the Act.
The public sector body is required to respond to such requests within 30 days. If the applicant does not receive a response within 30 days, or considers the response unsatisfactory, they may submit a complaint to the Digital Services Supervision Authority (DSZF) of Digital Hungary Agency Plc., using one of the following methods:
